The Koaee assistant informs families and residents about opening hours, visits, practical procedures and contact requests. It provides no medical monitoring or remote surveillance, collects no health data (resident health status, medical records), makes no diagnosis and gives no medical advice — in accordance with the GDPR (art. 9, sensitive data not processed). Conversation data hosted in Europe.
In a medical emergency: dial 15 (SAMU) or 112. Psychological distress: 3114 (free, 24h/24). Abuse of elderly or disabled people: 3977. The assistant systematically directs users to these numbers.
